    All orders are processed and shipped from Ukraine. Delivery may take up to 30 days, depending on the destination. We make every effort to ensure that each package reaches its destination safely and as quickly as possible.

Returns & Refunds

5–7 Day Returns

You have 5–7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be:

Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with tags attached where applicable.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide a continuous unboxing video showing the package and item.

We sell genuine outlet and overstock products sourced from verified suppliers and trusted wholesale partners.

All products are new, authentic, and not replicas or second-hand. Each order is inspected before shipping to ensure the product matches its description and is free from visible defects.

Outlet and overstock products may sometimes come without the original retail packaging. This will be clearly stated in the product description when applicable.
